Her Story

Everything Happens for a Reason

She started mentoring because she remembered.

Stacey-Ann looked back at her years at secondary school — the insecurities, the poor choices, the overall lack of confidence that trickled into her adult life. She thought to herself: if only she had a proper mentor to help her navigate that everchanging experience, things could have been so different.

But everything happens for a reason. That reflection gave birth to Wear Your Crown — a platform divinely designed to support and uplift young girls and women so that they can walk in their greatness.

"At the core of me, it has always been about service — giving back. I could list my positions and accolades, but in all honesty, the core of who I am is a servant with purpose."

She is a lawyer, a property investor, an entrepreneur, and a mentor. All of those roles can change. But her purpose — to uplift, to encourage, to serve — will always remain.

The Mission

Why Wear Your Crown Exists

Three simple truths that drive everything Stacey-Ann does.

💡

Unlock Potential

Every woman already possesses the qualities to accomplish what she is purposed to achieve. Sometimes she just needs someone to help her see it.

🤝

Serve With Purpose

From one Queen to another. Every mentoring relationship is built on confidentiality, respect, and a genuine belief in the mentee's ability to rise.

The Approach

Mentoring That Honours the Whole Person

What Mentoring IS

  • A safe, confidential space to share honestly
  • A relationship where both parties contribute
  • Encouragement to manage your own learning
  • Support in identifying your potential and path
  • Someone who allows you to see the hope inside yourself

What Mentoring is NOT

  • Therapy or counselling
  • A passive, occasional conversation
  • A one-way relationship where only one person contributes
  • A cure for all — progress requires desire and action
  • Doing the work for you

"A mentor is someone who allows you to see the hope inside yourself."

— Oprah Winfrey
